88bl Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 88bl, the operator of the online gaming platform at https://88bl.ws. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 88bl, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and the use of all features offered on the platform. The 88bl platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet each requirement at registration and will continue to meet them throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88bl enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and may request proof of age at any time.
• You are registering in your own name with accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate or family member of an employee of 88bl or any of its software or payment providers.
• You do not already hold an existing 88bl account. Only one active account per person is permitted at any time.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 88bl or any other gaming platform.

88bl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where a user is found ineligible — at registration, during account use, or at withdrawal — 88bl may close the account, withhold pending withdrawals and void bonus balances. Eligibility decisions made by 88bl are final.

88bl accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There are no platform-side fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your 88bl wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. 88bl is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems, network congestion or mobile network outages.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. 88bl may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, maintenance windows or when additional verification is required.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. 88bl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name. Where a third-party transaction is identified, 88bl may suspend the account pending investigation and withhold the transaction amount until the matter is resolved.

All games on 88bl use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software ensuring genuinely random and fair outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by each game's software provider and are not modified by 88bl. 88bl does not influence game outcomes in any way. Players who believe a game outcome is incorrect must report it to customer support within 24 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay. Violation of any of these rules will result in voiding of affected bets, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live dealer hands, or coordinate bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or malfunctions to obtain credits or winnings not intended by the game's design. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.

Where a bet is determined to violate these rules, 88bl reserves the right to void that bet and any associated winnings, regardless of whether real-money or bonus funds were used. Decisions regarding voided bets are made at 88bl's sole discretion and are final.

Tools available to players include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation. 88bl encourages all players to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until gaming becomes problematic.

Your personal information, payment details and account activity are stored on secure servers. 88bl does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Where required by applicable law, 88bl will share information with regulatory or law enforcement authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

All content on the 88bl platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics licensed from third-party providers, text, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88bl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any element of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 88bl's intellectual property — including copying the platform design, scraping data from the platform or using the 88bl brand name in marketing material without written permission — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. 88bl reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against parties who infringe its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 88bl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all types of loss including direct, indirect, consequential, loss of profit, loss of data and loss of opportunity, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.

88bl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond 88bl's reasonable control. 88bl will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability beyond the limitation set out in this clause.

88bl reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account at any time without prior notice where 88bl has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false registration or KYC information; (d) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (e) the account is associated with bonus abuse or coordinated play designed to defraud 88bl; or (f) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other users.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held at the time of termination is subject to review. If the breach involves fraud, bonus exploitation or money laundering, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and ultimately forfeited. Where termination is for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, 88bl ceasing operations in a particular market — any real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.

88bl reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter user rights or obligations — 88bl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the platform before the amended Terms take effect. The date of the most recent amendment is shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay aware of any changes.

Your continued use of 88bl after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended version, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure under Clause 2.4. 88bl will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the platform or any part of it.
